Welcome to Louann. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the purchase of our digital and physical products. By accessing our site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including but not limited to the Light Sigils, energy designs, artwork, and logos, is the exclusive property of Louann. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use digital products for personal use only. Commercial reproduction, distribution, or redistribution of our designs is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

2. Product Orders and Accuracy

We strive to display the colors and details of our art as accurately as possible. However, as items are made-to-order (Print-on-Demand), slight variations may occur. We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person or geographic region.

3. Payments and Billing

By providing a payment method, you represent that you are authorized to use it. All prices are in USD for the US market. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us.

4. Shipping and Returns

Your purchase is subject to our Shipping & Delivery Policy and our Right of Withdrawal & Refund Policy. In summary:

  • Physical goods shipped within the USA include Free Shipping.
  • All sales are Final Sale (no returns for change of mind).
  • Cancellations are only possible within 60 minutes of order placement.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability

Our products are provided "as is". While we believe in the transformative power of our art, Louann does not guarantee specific spiritual or physical outcomes. In no case shall Louann be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or products.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Austria. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Feldkirch, Austria.
