Right of Withdrawal & Refund Policy (USA)

1. General Policy: Final Sale

At Louann, we take pride in the uniqueness and quality of our offerings. To maintain our high standards, all products—including digital content, made-to-order art pieces, apparel, home decor, supplements, and cosmetics—are sold on a Final Sale basis. Due to the custom nature of our production and strict health and hygiene regulations, we do not accept returns or exchanges for "change of mind," incorrect selection, or buyer's remorse.

2. 60-Minute Cancellation Window

We understand that accidental orders can happen. You may request a full cancellation and refund within 60 minutes of placing your order. After this window, your order is automatically transmitted to our US production and fulfillment partners. Once an order has entered the production or shipping process, no further changes or cancellations can be made. To request a cancellation, email us immediately at hello@louannlight.com.

3. Digital Products

Access to digital content (e.g., Light Sigils, Digital Art, Downloads) is provided immediately upon purchase. These sales are final and non-refundable. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you waive your right to a refund once the digital access has been granted.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

Your satisfaction is our priority. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us at hello@louannlight.com within 7 days of delivery.

  • Requirements: We require clear, high-resolution photos of the defective item and the original shipping packaging.
  • Resolution: Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost. To ensure safety and efficiency, we do not require the return of damaged goods.

5. Health & Hygiene (Supplements & Cosmetics)

To protect the integrity of our products and the health of our community, we strictly prohibit the return of wellness and beauty items. No returns are accepted once the item has been shipped from our facility to ensure that every customer receives pristine and untampered products.
