1. Free Shipping within the United States
At Louann, we offer Free Shipping on all orders delivered within the United States. There are no shipping fees or hidden costs at checkout for our US customers—the price you see is the final price for your delivery.
2. Digital Products (Instant Access)
Our digital content (e.g., Light Sigils, Digital Art) is delivered electronically and is available worldwide.
- Delivery: Available for download immediately after payment via the confirmation page or email link.
- Shipping Fees: No fees apply to digital goods.
3. Physical Products (US Production)
To ensure high quality and fast delivery, our physical products (e.g., Art Pieces, Apparel, Lifestyle Goods) are manufactured and shipped directly from our production partners in the USA.
- Handling Time: Please allow 2–5 business days for production and quality checks before your item is shipped.
- Transit Time: Once shipped, delivery within the United States typically takes 3–7 business days.
- Tracking: You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order leaves our US facility.
4. Multiple Shipments
To provide you with a wide range of specialized art and products, we work with different fulfillment centers across the US. If you order different types of items, they may ship in separate packages. You will receive a tracking number for each shipment.
5. International Shipping
Currently, our free shipping and physical product delivery are focused on the United States. For customers outside the US (including the EU), please note that physical product availability and shipping rates are being updated. Digital products remain available globally.
